What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We get in touch with the customer and do in-person consultations to get more input on the customer's needs and wants. As well as more detailed information on the project and let them know if we can do the job, when and quote for it. As well as answer questions they might have. If requested we send the bid in writing.

We've worked with diverse homeowners all with different needs.

We'd advise them to do their research and always get multiple bids, don't settle with the first, but also get written contracts.
